I stand before you today demanding that those who unlawfully conspired to deny me my Civil Rights be punished to the full extent of the law and that further I be compensated for unlawful imprisonment and the mental anguish that I have suffered over a period of 32 years. Let it also be known that the United States Government, The Federal Republic of Germany, The State of Michigan and their agents have deliberately conspired and did manufacture testimony and evidence to precipitate my arrest and incarceration although knowing full well that I am innocent.  Just say No
